ONLY JOY: NO DROUGHT OR LACK

The Lord is my shepherd and I lack nothing. – Psalm 23:1 NIV

As I sat in church and listened to a sermon about true joy vs. happiness paired with a song “You are my portion, you are all O need” by Kari Jobe”

I was refreshed and overwhelmed with an inner knowing that Jesus really is enough for me. The things we look to from happiness that external as perishing, temporary and fading. Oh but the joy that comes from Jesus, who is on the inside of ever believer is every spiritual blessing.  And things are created in the spirit then, manifest in the natural earthly realm.

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. – Ephesians 1:3 NIV

Psalm 23:1 is not saying hopefully one day you won’t lack anything. I know it’s a verse I’ve looked at , read ,a confessed in the pass opening that me reading it would change  a physical circumstances.

But a new fresh breathe of revelation that, YOU ACTUALLY LACK NOTHING IN CHRIST. I ACTUALLY LACK NOTHING IN CHRIST.

Chris is everything. So if we have everything, we lack NOTHING.

For the LORD God is our sun and our shield. He gives us grace and glory. The LORD will withhold no good thing from those who do what is right. Psalm 84:11 NLT

and those the LORD has rescued will return. They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away. – Isaiah 35:10

Jesus said, “Everyone who drinks this water will get thirsty again and again. Anyone who drinks the water I give will never thirst—not ever. The water I give will be an artesian spring within, gushing fountains of endless life.” – John 4:14 MSG

We HAVE JOY.

We HAVE PEACE.

WE HAVE what we need to get through the day.

WE HAVE what we need to walk out our destinies, because Christ is enough.

We HAVE enough to demonstrate the kingdom of Heaven on earth.

Believing this has been the missing key.   We have to believe that there is really no lack in Christ.  We have access to THE spring of LIVIING water, where there is no end to the goodness.
